Island Bay resident Eileen is one of Peoples Coffee newest additions. Originally from Auckland, Eileen has been making coffee in Wellington for the last five years. She is a dedicated vegetarian, passionate about the environment and can be found on her days off crafting jewellery and dreaming about Edinburgh.
